• Co-ordinate with Insurance Companies for addition / deletion of employee & employee claims

• Maintain & update medical claim & reimbursement details of employees.

Help to make offer letter and onboarding process.

• Maintain & file all external contracts

• Maintain & file Trade Licenses, Ejari & Tenancy Contracts of Head Office & Branches

• Well-versed in UAE Labour Laws, MOHRE processes

• Coordinate with the company PRO for various government-related transactions

• Any other task as and when assigned by the immediate superior.

• Coordinate leave management, employee benefits, and end-of-service processes.

. • Initiate for visa processing & all the relevant documents to PRO for visa transactions
