Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks (attendance, invoices, reimbursements, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics when required
