Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Manager with an MBA in HR and over 5 years of experience in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and office administration. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, support project teams, and maintain an efficient work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR and administrative experience in the construction industry
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and support project-based teams
