Assistant Hr and Admin Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant HR and Admin Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will support the HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within our parking management company. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.

- Support payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Maintain employee records and oversee attendance and leave management.

- Coordinate training and development initiatives to foster employee growth.

- Manage office administrative tasks including procurement, facility management, and vendor relations.

- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and handle employee relations matters.

- Prepare reports related to HR and administrative activities as required.

- Support leadership in driving organizational culture and employee engagement programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR and administration, preferably within the parking or facilities management sector.

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
