We are looking for a reliable HR and Administration Officer to support workforce administration for oil and gas maintenance operations based in Al Khor (Ras Lafan). The role focuses mainly on employee coordination, site documentation, and day to day HR and administrative support for a large project workforce.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate employee site access approvals and ensure all required permits are arranged before deployment

Support visa related documentation and coordinate with the PRO team for employee processing and renewals

Assist the recruitment team with interview coordination, document collection, and candidate onboarding

Maintain daily employee attendance records and prepare overtime details for payroll processing

Support the joining process of new employees and ensure smooth induction and documentation

Coordinate staff accommodation including room allocation and camp related administration

Arrange transportation schedules between accommodation and work locations

Coordinate meal and catering arrangements for employees working on project sites

Maintain manpower records and prepare regular administrative and HR reports

Provide general HR and administrative support to project management and site teams
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ experience in HR and administration within oil and gas or industrial maintenance projects in Qatar.

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Experience handling workforce administration for site-based employees

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment

Strong organizational and communication skills
