HR and Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the recruitment, retention, and development of employees, including creating and implementing human resources policies and procedures.
Oversee the performance management process, including monitoring performance goals set by the departments and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
Develop and manage the group compensation scheme.
Develop and manage the group performance appraisal system.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations, including labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
Manage the company's facilities and equipment, ensuring that they are maintained and used efficiently and effectively.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the company's administrative processes, such as procurement and budgeting.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Monitor the performance of the HR and administration functions and make recommendations for improvements.
Represent the company in dealings with external partners, such as government agencies and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications :

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of HR-related software, such as HRIS and payroll systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs is a plus.
