Job Summary:

The HR and Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as managing the company’s administrative functions. This role plays a key part in shaping company culture, ensuring legal compliance, optimizing HR strategies, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and effective leader with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manpower planning in coordination with department heads.
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employer branding through social platforms and career pages.

2. Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

  • Conduct structured onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Manage employee records, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
  • Develop and maintain updated job descriptions and organization charts.

3. Performance Management

  • Drive the annual and mid-year appraisal process.
  • Implement KPI-based performance evaluation systems.
  • Provide support in performance improvement plans (PIPs).

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Support wellness, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Draft and update HR policies as per company needs and labor laws.
  • Ensure legal compliance with ESI, maternity, gratuity, and other statutory laws.
  • Conduct periodic audits and maintain compliance documentation.

6. Payroll & Compensation

  • Create compensation sheets, and coordinate for timely payroll processing with management.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and salary inputs.

7. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps through training needs analysis (TNA).
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions/workshops.
  • Maintain a training calendar and learning outcome assessments.

Administration Management:

  • Supervise general administrative operations (facilities, office supplies, security, etc.).
  • Manage vendor relationships and administrative procurement.
  • Ensure the physical and digital workplace is functional, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
  • Oversee contracts, renewals, and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
