Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources and Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will support the HR department in implementing programs, policies, and services related to employee relations, recruitment, training, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and passionate about fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment process: Job postings, Candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave programs.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in handling employee relations, resolving issues, and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Participate in HR projects like policy development, training sessions, or engagement activities
  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any degree with basic knowledge to do the office work, recruiting and maintaining of office records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
