  • Hire qualified counselors, admission officers, marketing executives, and support staff.
  • Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding for new employees.
  • Organize regular training sessions on university admissions, communication, and customer handling.
  • Conduct workshops on soft skills, compliance, and data protection policies.
  • Set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for counselors and staff.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and maintain appraisal records.
  • Handle staff grievances, maintain discipline, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and team-building sessions.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Develop HR policies regarding leave, dress code, communication protocols, and confidentiality.
  • Ensure that all staff understand and follow organizational policies.
  • Ensure employees understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality of student data and following ethical recruitment practices.
  • Oversee daily operations of counseling, admissions, visa assistance, and marketing departments.
  • Ensure that all teams meet deadlines and maintain service quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
