- Hire qualified counselors, admission officers, marketing executives, and support staff.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding for new employees.
- Organize regular training sessions on university admissions, communication, and customer handling.
- Conduct workshops on soft skills, compliance, and data protection policies.
- Set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for counselors and staff.
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and maintain appraisal records.
- Handle staff grievances, maintain discipline, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building sessions.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and confidentiality agreements.
- Develop HR policies regarding leave, dress code, communication protocols, and confidentiality.
- Ensure that all staff understand and follow organizational policies.
- Ensure employees understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality of student data and following ethical recruitment practices.
- Oversee daily operations of counseling, admissions, visa assistance, and marketing departments.
- Ensure that all teams meet deadlines and maintain service quality.
