Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who will also support core HR Operations. This hybrid role involves managing the full recruitment cycle and assisting with day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth organizational processes. You will work closely with employees, and the operation team to deliver an efficient and engaging employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the process
- Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders
HR Operations:
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, background checks, and orientation
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system
- Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and other employee documentation
- Help implement and support HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, leave, benefits, etc.
- Assist with performance management coordination (e.g., review cycles, reminders)
- Contribute to compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting and/or HR operations
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS systems like Keka, GreyHR, BambooHR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Working knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
