Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who will also support core HR Operations. This hybrid role involves managing the full recruitment cycle and assisting with day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth organizational processes. You will work closely with employees, and the operation team to deliver an efficient and engaging employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit
  • Coordinate interviews and act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the process
  • Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders

HR Operations:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, background checks, and orientation
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and other employee documentation
  • Help implement and support HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, leave, benefits, etc.
  • Assist with performance management coordination (e.g., review cycles, reminders)
  • Contribute to compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting and/or HR operations
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS systems like Keka, GreyHR, BambooHR)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Working knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
