Job Summary

We are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on hiring experience, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS data, and hiring reports
  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience

HR Operations

  • Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with HR policies, compliance, and audits
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate exit formalities and final documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in high-volume or niche hiring
  • Exposure to employer branding or campus recruitment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
