HR & Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on hiring experience, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS data, and hiring reports
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience
HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with HR policies, compliance, and audits
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate exit formalities and final documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-volume or niche hiring
- Exposure to employer branding or campus recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
