Responsibilities:

  • Attendance Management. (leaves, late arrivals, short leaves, overtimes).
  • Induction new hired employees (labour Staff).
  • Enrollment of new hired employees.
  • Manage employee data physically and digitally.
  • Collect documents for social security cards and submitted into social security office and collect social security cards.
  • Bank account opening of new hired employees.
  • Resolve employee grievances regarding attendance, overtimes and deduction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation (BBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Knowledge of attendance systems (SAP B1 will be an advantage).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
