Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Associate with 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring smooth onboarding, and supporting HR operations across Pune and Hosur locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
  • Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure completion of joining formalities.
  • Assist HR team in employee engagement initiatives and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the automation/engineering/IT industry).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
