We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources and gain broad exposure to HR operations in a professional environment. The HR Assistant will support the HR team across key functions, helping ensure smooth daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Post job openings on job boards, career sites, and the company website.

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.

Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork and supporting orientation sessions.

Employee Records & Documentation
-
Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.

Assist with organizing and filing personnel documents.

Support compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.

Training & Development
-
Assist in scheduling and coordinating employee training sessions.

Help track participation and maintain training records.

HR Projects & Initiatives
-
Provide support on HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements.

General HR & Administrative Support

Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative assistance to the HR team.

Support day-to-day departmental operations as needed.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred; internship experience will be considered.

Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Basic understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Positive attitude, flexibility, and eagerness to learn.
Compensation/Benefits
-
Competitive annual base salary range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00, based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience.
