Job Title: HR Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant with at least 3–4 years of experience to support HR operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing employee records, monitoring deadlines, navigating UAE labor laws, government and freezone portals, has knowledge of the real estate industry, and can handle recruitment and interviews inside and outside the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle first-level recruitment, including posting hiring positions, reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters, for positions inside and outside the UAE.
- Manage and maintain employee documentation, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and personal files.
- Monitor and track deadlines for employee data, company legal documents, visas, and other compliance requirements across multiple companies.
- Update and process information on DMCC Portal, DSO Portal, & other UAE government or freezone portals.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain daily HR agendas to track tasks, follow-ups, and approvals.
- Prepare reports using Excel and other documentation tools to track pending tasks, upcoming deadlines, and approvals.
- Organize and file employee and company documents accurately and securely.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding HR policies, deadlines, and approvals.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.
- Report to work on time and maintain regular attendance.
- Work overtime when required to support HR operations.
- Has knowledge of real estate operations, terms, and processes to better support HR in a real estate company.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE companies or freezones.
- Hands-on experience with DMCC Portal, DSO Portal, and other UAE government/freezone portals.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and has knowledge of the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to monitor deadlines, create reminders, and obtain timely approvals.
- Experience in CV screening, interviewing, and recruitment processes for both local and international candidates.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and HR documentation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional in attendance.
