Job Purpose

The HR Executive will support the overall HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll processing, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management to ensure smooth operations of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
• Post job openings on portals, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews
• Manage onboarding and induction processes

2. HR Operations:

• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
• Monitor and track attendance and leave management
• Handle payroll inputs and liaise with the accounts department

3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements:

• Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, etc.)
• Assist in audits and inspections

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare:

• Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events
• Act as a bridge between management and staff to address concerns

5. Performance Management:

• Coordinate appraisal processes and maintain appraisal records
• Track probation periods and confirmation processes

Key Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of HR policies and labour laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualification & Experience

• MBA Completed
• 0–1 years of experience in HR (retail sector preferred)
• Fluency in Telugu and English is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
