Job Title: HR Assistant (with Audit Management Experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in HR, with strong experience in audit management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant with at least 2 years of HR experience and a strong background in HR audit management. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations through effective audit preparation and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:HR Operations Support

  • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital)
  • Support payroll processing by providing timely and accurate employee data
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain related documentation
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems

Audit & Compliance Management

  • Manage and organize HR documentation in preparation for internal and external audits
  • Ensure HR files and databases are audit-ready and compliant with labor laws and company policies
  • Work closely with internal auditors and external agencies during audits
  • Identify gaps or risks in documentation and propose corrective actions
  • Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of required HR audits and reports

Policy & Process Improvement

  • Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations and compliance workflows
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of all HR data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Demonstrated experience in HR audits and compliance management
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Experience with ISO, SOC, or other regulatory audit frameworks

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
