HR Assistant

We’re Hiring – HR Assistant | Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Proton Electromechanical Contracting LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced HR Assistant to join our growing team in Ras Al Khaimah. If you have strong experience in Human Resources within the UAE, with excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR systems, this opportunity is for you!

* Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

- Assist in recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes.

- Maintain and update employee records and HR files.

- Prepare and renew contracts, monitor visa and labor card expirations.

- Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations.

- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

- Coordinate with government platforms such as MOHRE, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, and WPS.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.

Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and employment regulations.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Immediate joiners are preferred.

- Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

- Working Days: 6 days per week

- Working Hours: 8 hours per day

- Salary: To be determined after the interview based on experience and qualifications
