Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculation, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases using Tally and other HR software.
- Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Generate payroll reports, PF/ESI contributions, and other statutory reports.
- Support HR team in employee onboarding, documentation, and HR administration tasks.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leaves.
- Assist in audit and reconciliation of accounts related to HR and payroll.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Payroll with hands-on experience in Tally.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficient in Excel and basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with HR software or payroll management tools.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
