HR Assistant

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculation, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases using Tally and other HR software.
  • Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Generate payroll reports, PF/ESI contributions, and other statutory reports.
  • Support HR team in employee onboarding, documentation, and HR administration tasks.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leaves.
  • Assist in audit and reconciliation of accounts related to HR and payroll.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Payroll with hands-on experience in Tally.
  • Knowledge of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficient in Excel and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with HR software or payroll management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
