HR Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other HR functions, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the HR office.

Requirements

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files (both physical and digital).
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
  • Assist in processing employee changes (new hires, terminations, status changes) in the HRIS system.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
  • Help organize HR projects, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and leave tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • 1+ year of administrative or HR experience (internship or part-time experience is acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
