HR Assistant

1. Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administration.
2. Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
3. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
4. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
5. Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Should have good knowledge in visa processing and recruitment.

7. Should have knowledge in Bulk Hiring and generating Demand letters.
