Job Summary:

(Please note that this is a two months temporary role)


We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our HR department in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EXCELLENT IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATIONS (written & verbal)
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support in preparing HR reports and communications
  • Help coordinate trainings, meetings, and other HR events
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
