Human Resources:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR database.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal processes.
  • Address HR-related queries and assist with policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

Administration:

  • Manage office administration, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment, stationery, and other supplies.
  • Support travel arrangements, logistics, and office events.
  • Handle courier, utility bills, and other general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the office environment is safe, efficient, and well-organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,287.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
