The HR Assistant (Mid-Level) will provide vital support in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HR processes and labor laws, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientations, exit interviews, and final settlements
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Maintain and update HR databases, attendance records, and leave tracking systems
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations in all HR practices
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR assistant or HR support role
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices (or applicable local laws)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
