Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist in recruitment and employee relations, and help ensure that HR operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
  • Support the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g. attendance, leaves).
  • Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred Fresher Can Also Apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with Attendence Software & Payroll Software.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and employment standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
