  • Support recruitment activities: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, perform background/reference checks.
  • Assist onboarding of new hires: prepare paperwork, conduct orientation, set up records.
  • Maintain HR records and databases: employee personal details, attendance, leave, contracts, performance logs.
  • Handle basic HR admin: schedule meetings, respond to routine HR queries from employees, maintain confidentiality of files.
  • Assist benefits administration, payroll support, training coordination and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies; support audits of HR records.
  • Support HR-related projects and events: e.g., new policy roll-out, company events, employee recognition initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
