HR Assistant

• Manage ERP accounts of internal and external clients.
• Manage employee database.
• Responds to queries and concerns with regards to HR and WP activities.
• Prepare memo for documents to be sent for signature.
• HR Implementation and encoding for clients.
• Responsible for uploading of labor staff attendance.
• Assist in recruitment (Job Posting, CV search).
• Prepare offer letter for selected candidates.
• Manage on boarding of new employees (Welcome Announcement, WP Account Creation, WP Training)
• Manage Leave Management (Leave Application, Ticket booking)
• Liaise with PRO for HR related matters (Cancellation, Sponsorship, etc.)

3. Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
