About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily HR operations, hiring coordination, and team management tasks. The role involves assisting the HR/recruitment process, maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
• Help onboard new hires — documentation, welcome kits, and orientation.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview updates.
• Draft basic HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.).
• Support payroll and performance tracking documentation.
• Handle basic HR communication (email replies, follow-ups, updates).

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking ability.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools.
• Basic understanding of HR or recruitment processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior internship or experience in HR operations or coordination.
