Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Malar Hospital, Hosur
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or Administration (Hospital experience preferred)

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the HR Department, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and staff coordination. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process — posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities including document verification, ID card generation, and induction coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Handle attendance, leave records, and support payroll-related documentation.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and employee movements.
• Maintain employee personal files, certificates, and HR database.
• Handle HR communication and circulate HR-related notices and updates.
• Support statutory compliance documentation (ESI, PF, etc.) under HR Manager guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to hospital HR policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualification:

• Any Degree (preferably MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Hospital Administration).
