Job Title: HR Assistant

Industry: Hospitality

Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR (Hospitality background is a must)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily HR operations, support employee relations, handle documentation, and ensure a smooth flow of administrative processes within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations such as attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and documentation.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and notices.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry (restaurant, resort, or hotel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
