At TECHCOMM Urban Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (TUMC), we believe in building strong teams that drive sustainable growth and innovation. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Assistant to join our HR team and contribute to our talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–3 years) as an HR Recruiter or in talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws will be an added advantage.
