1. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Maintain daily attendance records and update leave registers.
  • Track employee working hours, late marks, and absences.
  • Coordinate with supervisors for attendance approval.
  • Ensure accurate data for payroll processing.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job openings on portals and social media.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview logistics.
  • Prepare offer letters and appointment orders.
  • Support the onboarding process — document verification, induction, and joining formalities.

3. Payroll Support

  • Collect and verify monthly attendance and overtime data.
  • Support HR executive/manager in payroll preparation.
  • Handle basic salary-related queries from employees.

4. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain employee personal files and digital HR records.
  • Update employee details (address, bank info, ID proof, etc.) in HR software.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection norms.

5. Exit Process

  • Support in conducting exit formalities — clearance forms, ID collection, etc.
  • Maintain records of resignations and relieving letters.

6. General HR Administration

  • Handle stationery and ID card issuance.
  • Coordinate with admin for attendance machines and HR-related supplies.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
  • Stock list handling (Kitchen stock, Stationery, Uniform etc.)

Experience: 0 to 2 Years
Qualification: MBA (HRM) / Any Degree
Location: Coimbatore
Must: Male candidate prefered
