HR Assistant

Job summary

MCR Textiles Private Limited is a textile manufacturing / trading organisation located in Erode, district. The HR Assistant will support and execute the end-to-end human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll compliance, training & development, and HR administration. This is a hands-on role supporting a workforce in a manufacturing/trading setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding of staff at various levels.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, etc.
• Assist in HR reporting & MIS: monthly headcount reports, turnover metrics, absenteeism, etc.
• Support payroll administration and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws) in coordination with accounts.

Qualification: Any degree
