Position: HR Assistant

Requirements and skills:

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate. MBA - HR preferred.
  • Min 3 to 8 years experience in End-To-End Recruitment, sourcing, and employment branding. Fresher's also preffered.
  • Confident Smart candidate, having Good Verbal and Written communication skills.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, employees and HODs.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage End-To-End (E2E) recruitment process – Sourcing and screening the candidates through various job portals and referrals. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers and schedule interviews
  • Well aware various channels of Sourcing. Also well verse with various Job Portals.
  • Handle on boarding process, Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and a timely manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,073.53 - ₹31,036.01 per month
