Talent acquisition and management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees, including exit interviews.
- Administer and assist with performance appraisals and employee development plans.
- Compensation and benefits:
- Plan and administer employee benefit packages and payroll.
- Conduct salary reviews and manage compensation-related data.
- Policy and compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure the company and its employees comply with all labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Employee relations and engagement:
- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
- Promote a safe and positive workplace culture.
- Organize and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management.
- Training and development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Train managers on policy implementation.
- Strategy and administration:
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage HR department budgets and operations.
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices
