Talent acquisition and management:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees, including exit interviews.
  • Administer and assist with performance appraisals and employee development plans.
  • Compensation and benefits:
  • Plan and administer employee benefit packages and payroll.
  • Conduct salary reviews and manage compensation-related data.
  • Policy and compliance:
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the company and its employees comply with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Employee relations and engagement:
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Promote a safe and positive workplace culture.
  • Organize and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Training and development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Train managers on policy implementation.
  • Strategy and administration:
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage HR department budgets and operations.
  • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
