Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant departments.
  • Handle the complete onboarding process for new employees.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain joining documentation.
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
  • Prepare and manage employee ID cards and visiting cards.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Handle telephonic conversations with senior management and candidates.
  • Communicate company policies and updates to employees.
  • Performance & Incentives:
  • Prepare and maintain incentive sheets and performance data.
  • Draft and issue warning letters or emails as per management instructions.
  • Support HR and administrative functions as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • min 1 year of experience in HR operations/recruitment (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
