Job Summary:

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks, employee coordination, and HR process management. This role ensures smooth communication and efficient handling of HR-related operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies).
  • Support recruitment processes — job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates.
  • Handle onboarding and exit formalities for employees.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
  • Coordinate employee welfare and engagement programs.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR-related support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers can apply).
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
