Job Title: HR Assistant - FEMALE

Location: Chennai, UAE

Job Profile :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Female HR Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in India to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Recruitment processes, Induction, Payroll, Onboarding and other related HR tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure timely updates.
  • Ensure compliance in all HR operations and practices.
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Track and manage employee leaves, ensuring correct leave salary calculations.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation as required by HR Manager.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Diploma degree is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of India experience as a HR Admin or in a similar role will only be preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Recruitment, payroll processes, and employee benefits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
