Position: HR Assistant
Department: Human Resources

Role Summary:
The HR Assistant is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, biometric, & travel app, employee documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for all positions.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and issuing of HR letters.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and biometric reports for payroll.
  • Maintain employee records (physical & digital).
  • Handle staff communication, grievances, and basic disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate with clinics/branches for manpower and HR support.
  • Assist in exit process, documentation, and MIS reporting.
  • Assist in drafting HR circulars, SOPs, and policy updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in HR/Management preferred.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools.
  • Good in analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

Experience:
1–3 years preferred (freshers with strong HR interest may be considered).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
