Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, screening & interview coordination

• Maintain employee records & documentation

• Support onboarding and induction processes

• Handle attendance, leave management & HR-related queries

• Assist HR Manager in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

• Positive attitude & willingness to learn

• Fresher/Experience both can apply
