About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organised, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle basic HR queries from employees.
  • Assist in organising training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and maintain databases.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Support overall office administration when required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
