We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare industry to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate should be efficient in handling HR documentation, employee coordination, recruitment support, and maintaining employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

· Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

· Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.

· Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and experience certificates.

· Support payroll activities by collecting attendance, leave records, and employee data.

· Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

· Monitor attendance, leave management, and update HRMS/software as required.

· Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

· Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.

· Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

Master's degree in HR / Business Administration (preferred).

Minimum 3 years of HR experience in healthcare

Good knowledge of HR procedures, documentation, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in HRMS/HR software.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
