We, MEP Company, are currently looking for a HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Document Controllers at projects sites.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding leave application, leave salaries, and other HR related works.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Knowledgeable with medical insurance renewal, addition and deletion.

Requirements and skills

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Basic knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Preferably Arabic
  • Can join immediately
