About Us
We are a 24-member consulting firm providing internal audits, compliance reviews, GST advisory, and control-based assurance services. Our work culture values discipline, documentation hygiene, and timely delivery across all functions. As our first dedicated HR hire, you will help formalise people processes and support training, manpower planning, and recruitment cycles. The role is ideal for freshers who enjoy structured work, follow-up discipline, and Excel-driven systems.
What You Will Do
Training, Skill & Manpower Systems
Maintain the Skill Management System (Excel) with accurate weekly updates.
Track training sessions, attendance, follow-ups, and trainer coordination.
Prepare monthly skill-gap reports for management and team leads.
Support manpower planning and maintain all HR trackers in Excel.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination for 3–4 positions as required.
Screen profiles, schedule interviews, maintain recruitment trackers, and record outcomes.
Handle complete onboarding documentation—ID proofs, forms, declarations, and induction data.
Maintain strict confidentiality while assisting with salary computation files.
HR Operations & Attendance
Own attendance, leave monitoring, and monthly consolidation sheets.
Support admin in documentation-related work while reporting directly to leadership.
Ensure all HR files follow firm standards for accuracy and version control.
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to streamline people processes.
Skills & Qualities We Expect
Basic Excel skills — filters, lookups, formatting, and comfort with large sheets.
Good communication, follow-up discipline, and willingness to learn HR operations.
High confidentiality, structured working style, and comfort with a 6-day schedule.
Interest in training coordination, manpower planning, and documentation-heavy tasks.
What You Will Learn
How to manage HR operations in a consulting environment with structured workflows.
Exposure to training management, skill mapping, salary computation, and manpower planning.
Building HR trackers, SOP alignment, and documentation discipline from day one.
End-to-end recruitment workflows with professional communication and stakeholder handling.
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Travel: Minimal; as required for training coordination
Growth Path: HR Assistant → HR Coordinator → HR Executive
Suggested CTC: ₹9,000 – ₹15,000 (higher for stronger Excel skills)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
