Job Overview
LawCrust Global Consulting is looking for a seasoned and results-oriented HR Assistant to lead our human resources operations. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition, robust policy enforcement, and operational excellence. This position is ideal for an HR professional with 1–3 years of experience who is ready to move into a high-growth consulting environment and manage data-driven HR systems.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Develop sourcing strategies, conduct initial screenings, and manage the interview pipeline to ensure top-tier hiring.
- Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete documentation and orientation process for new hires, ensuring compliance and a professional first-day experience.
- HRIS & Data Integrity: Manage and audit the employee database. Leverage Excel and internal systems to provide data-driven insights on team performance and retention.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current HR workflows and implement improvements to drive cross-functional efficiency.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR policy inquiries. Ensure all office procedures align with current labor laws and company standards.
- Performance Tracking: Assist management in tracking KPIs and performance reviews to support the firm’s growth objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (specialization in HR/Management preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of core experience in Human Resources (Recruitment, Operations, or Generalist roles).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and professional communication tools.
- Equipment: Must possess a personal laptop in excellent working condition for daily operations.
- Competencies: Proven ability to handle confidential data, strong negotiation skills, and a disciplined approach to punctuality and deadlines.
Work Schedule
- Mon-Fri: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sat: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Salary & Compensation
- Fixed Pay: ₹20,000 per month
