Job Summary:
Polymer Building Contracting LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, and employee record management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR operations and administrative duties
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters and contracts
- Monitor employee attendance and assist with payroll data
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must be available to join immediately
