Job Summary: As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with various administrative and operational tasks. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least one year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary screenings.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
  • Help manage employee benefits programs and assist with benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and other related matters.
  • Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, leave requests, and performance reviews.
  • Assist with HR reporting and data entry tasks.
  • Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
  • Assist with organizing and planning company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR support role or similar administrative capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
