HR Assistant

Position Summary:
As an HR Assistant, you will support our HR department in managing employee records, recruitment processes, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
  • Help in onboarding new employees and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
