Job Summary:

The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role helps ensure smooth HR processes, including recruitment, employee record management, on boarding, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support on boarding and orientation for new employees
  • Help manage payroll data, attendance, and leave records
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
