We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our team in the maintenance, fit-outs, and renovation industry
Responsibilities:
* Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
* Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination
* Support visa processing, labor documents, and HR compliance
* Coordinate with site supervisors and management
* Assist in daily HR and administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Proven experience as HR Assistant or similar role
* Experience in maintenance, fit-outs, or construction industry is an advantage
* Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficient in MS Office
* Can work under pressure and multitask
